The property:  Set on 170 acres of gentle rolling hills and valleys with 12 km of mown and marked horse riding trails, this self-contained retreat is exclusively yours and your horse's as there are no other dwellings on the property.
Accommodation for you:
A fully self-contained two storied country homestead (fully renovated) with 3 queen bedrooms, it boasts slate flooring downstairs, polished timber flooring upstairs and huge windows in every room create a great ambience. Fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 large lounge areas, separate dinning area, antique and leather furnishings, library, indoor and outdoor games, outdoor settings with 4 burner family BBQ.  Fully equipped for self catering, or you might like to take advantage of the full catering service provided exclusively to Wings by local Springton restaurant 'Bucks Bistro'.  From gourmet breakfasts, lunches and dinners to picnic hampers and BBQ packs.
Accommodation for your horse:
Two purposely built horse yards close to the homestead (top of the range electric fencing guarantees safety and security for your horse).  There are both onsite (12kms of mown trails) and offsite (Mt Crawford state forest or the Kidman trail for you to enjoy).  As Wings is a private nature reserve there is no stock on the property, so there are no gates to bother a rider.
Other facilities:
Discover rosellas, rabbits, wrens, finches and choughs grazing together, along with the kangaroos; or watch grebes, ducks, herons, plovers, cormorants and other bird life that frequents the large dam.  The Barossa is the heart of Australia's wine industry and the nation's most famous wine producing region, so there is always plenty to do.  You can enjoy bushwalking, bike riding and horse riding in the many conservation parks and state forest areas open to the public in the region, and much much more.  SORRY - NO DOGS.
